You will need Salmon fillet, dried basil,thyme, tarragon, oil, white flour, salt, peeper. Cut the salmon fish into bite sized chunks and set aside. In a bowl add the flour and a good pinch of the Italian dried herbs as well as the snp. Coat the fish in this mixture and drop into very hot oil.
